For someone who claims he knows "****-all" about this stuff, you've hit upon a
possible solution that comes up time and again -- in essence, a distributed
system. It's one of the ideas we're kicking about, but it requires *much* more
admin work (someone has to coordinate, watch for dead links, servers
disappearing spontaneously, that sort of thing). Less work is better,
especially since this is a volunteer effort. We all have lives outside of
cyberspace, after all.
Well, okay, maybe not *all* of us, but you get my drift. ;-)
