[OM] Zuikoholics help needed for 24mm Shift, 3.5 Manual

Dear Zuikoholics,

I bought a long time ago a brand new 24 mm Shift, F3.5 in the U.S.A.

Unfortunately it came without the original Olympus data sheet. 

(Yes, belive me that I know that that was a mistake........!)

Could anyone supply me with a copy or a scanned version ?
