Hi Folks:
I am parting with some gear that I have not been using much. The glass on
all lenses/diopters have been regularly kept meticulously clean using the
standard three step cleaning process:
o dust blower to remove loose grit
o camel's hair brush to remove more stubborn grit
o microfiber cloth to lift off any remaining traces of the slightest grime.
I have applied KEH's equipment grading system as a reference point.
Zuiko 24/2.
o Excellent+ condition.
o Clean glass, lens chassis moderately clean, inevitable brassing on filter
ring where the hood screws in.
o Original front/rear lens caps.
o Will include original Zuiko lens hood though bought brand new separately.
o $375 plus shipping.
Zuiko 35/2.
o Excellent+ condition.
o Clean glass, moderately clean chassis, inevitable brassing at filter ring.
o Original front/rear lens caps.
o Will throw in generic metal hood (Excellent+ condition) for free.
o $200 plus shipping.
Zuiko 38/2.8 Macro - CURRENTLY BEING CONSIDERED.
o Excellent+ condition.
o Clean glass, very clean chassis, drawstring lens case, original box.
o Original front/rear lens caps.
Original Vivitar Series 1 70-210/3.5 (62mm filter size version made for
Vivitar by Tokina).
o Excellent condition.
o Clean glass; fairly clean chassis; some zoom ring slippage, but this seems
to be normal for this lens.
o Original front/rear lens caps.
o Focuses down to 1:4 magnification (M) at all focal lengths.
o Will throw in Tiffen metal hood (Excellent condition) and generic
collapsible rubber hood (Excellent) for free.
o $130 plus shipping.
Nikon 5T/6T Diopters (62mm thread size).
o Excellent+ condition.
o Clean glass and diopter chassis.
o Diopter power of 1.5 (5T) and 2.9 (6T).
o Mates well with Vivitar Series 1 70-210/3.5 to yield max magnification (M)
of 0.315:1 (5T) or 0.609:1 (6T).
o [The above M's do NOT include any magnifying effects native to the lens.
With the 1:4 M native to the VS1 70-210/3.5, adding the diopters increases
the M to over 1:2 (5T) and over 17:20 (6T).]
o Also mates with Zuiko 35-80/2.8 zoom (62mm filter size) for max M of
0.12:1 (5T) or 0.232 (6T) WITHOUT lens' native M effects.
o $25 EACH plus shipping.
f interested, please contact privately for making arrangements using my
email address provided below. Thank you for your time and attention. The
preceding has been a paid political announce- ...., er, wrong e-mail! ;-)
Regards,
John A. Prosper
