Well, it's not totally hassle-free. I did have to call Fred at the county
highway
department a couple of times to get my hill cindered and plowed.
We finally came to an agreement. He won't agree that that portion is a
county road.
However, they will maintain it... In the end, they came out, graded it back
down and,
regraveled the whole thing with, just a very slight crown for drainage.
As long as I don't have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk 1/4 mile
up in the snow, that's fine by me. Never checked it - 30-40 degree angle
sounds about right though.
