There's a free NT service which runs on NT, W2K & probably XP:
http://www.intsoft.com/products/timesync/instructions.html
Cost:
"As I do not want to appear greedy I shall not ask for money from non-
profit, private persons or small sites. Therefore, all educational
institutions - bona fide schools and universities - as well as private
users and commercial organizations with less than 10 NT machines may
continue to use TimeSync provided they send me a postcard of their
town/city/state stating the approximate number of machines that are running
it. "
Easy to install, configurable, & reliable.

if anything small falls into them they ensnare it,
