Dave,
The perspective is fine.. I would love to be able to get 3 walls in 1 frame
when I'm inside a building, but that's not that big of a deal...
The optics.. The contrast looks like it bleeds a bit, the sharpness is not
even close to say, my 50mm/f1.8. My Tokina 90mm f/2.5 macro, is the
sharpest out of the 3 lenses I have, and my 50mm is second. The 28mm is not
even close.. I've tried it with exterior and interior shots.. Have not
been happy with the results..
I paid top dollar for the lens, $150, and I seriously doubt I can sell it
for that much, but was thinking of dumping it and getting a Tokina 28mm
instead, to see if it's the 28mm's in general I'm unhappy with, or just this
specific lens, which I suspect is the case..
I have seen pictures from my friend's OM10 + 24mm f/2.8 and it's razor sharp
compared to my 28mm.. Did I just get a dud??
Albert

recently shot some homes we had redone with vinyl siding and had the shots
blown up to 11 x 14. The results were very sharp and color, contrast, etc,
were great.
