[OM] TOPE 8: submission deadline

Hi guys,

Well TOPE 8 seems to be through, so let's set an official submission
deadline: this Thursday, January 24th is the cut-off date. So, if you still
have a submission for TOPE 8 that you'd like to include, you have until then
to submit it to me.
