The 80mm is *not* the same as a 50mm with a 25mm extension tube... You can
use the 50mm on the bellows directly with pretty good results, but the range
of magnifications you can use is dependent on which lens you attach. A 50mm
will only allow a certain range of magnifications, and that will be
different than the range an 80mm will allow.

For instance, at the minimum extension of the bellows the 50mm lens may be
at 1/2 life-size (picture area 2" x 3") while an 80mm lens may be at 1/10
life size (picture area 10" x 15")... so you might want to keep that 80mm,
it really depends on what you will be shooting with the bellows. I think the
Olympus 135mm macro lens on the bellows will focus from infinity to
~life-size (picture area 1" x 1.5"), but the Olympus 20mm macro lens goes
from 5x to 20x life-size.
