Brian, what I feel about today, is that most people assume bad customer
service and/or defective products, and so they just take it up the *ss.. I
hope that's not the case here; but with the advant of Microsoft, things
"crashing" not working correctly etc... has become so common that people are
use to it and find it to be the norm.
I have friends that are amazed that some of my computers have been on for 2
years or so without a reboot! "That's amazing!" they shout! "No, that's
the way it's suppose to be, you've just been brainwashed by MS..."
Same thing with customer service; some people are shocked at good customer
service because they are so use to getting little to none at all.. I for
one, want to cheer AG on and tell him to write a letter, a phone call,
etc... demand respect; you paid good $$$ for respect, you should get it...
and it's just common courtesy..
