My wife sent four rolls of family film off to Qualex.  Got them
today.

One roll was TORN right down through the middle of four frames! 
Fortunately it happened AFTER they printed them.

Two other rolls were exposed to light during the processing and
at least a dozen pictures were damaged with light blobs that
spanned about 3-4 inches on the negs.

All four rolls were heavily scratched.

Fingerprints everywhere.

Away with them!  Back to the pro labs after this mess.
