All I know is that I spent 25 years saying Zwee-ko and then was told on this
list I had to say Zoo-we-ko.
I like Zwee-ko better.
Surely we have someone fluent in Japanese that can phonetically spell it out
properly.

I think the answer is: None of them. The closest English explanation IMO
is Naïve, with a diaresis over the I, indicating a seperate syllable. That
is, I would spell it, Zuïko.
