Some of it was easy and other parts took some work (the graphics).
To be very accurate. Ouer opinions are not opposed to each other. You`ve
chosen 1:10 magnification to demonstrate that dof remains practicaly the
same. This is true, but only with high magnification like you used.
I´vs found a ugly hyperbola curve for dof depending on focal length. I´ve

Yes . . . back to my own spreadsheets . . . I need to "mentally masticate"
this for a while and run more sets of conditions (magnifications and
apertures). An extreme end of one of my own graphs may have given a hint
of the hyperbola you mention.
Surprised you didn't mention my page is missing the equations that were
used. Thought about that after I uploaded it. I should have put them on
the page (so anyone can replicate the graphs).
