The loaders are no longer made, so if you want to bulk load 70mm,
you have to either buy an old daylight loader or settle for a
darkroom-only loader.
(I use one of these loaders to spool infrared film for my Mamiya
Press. Kodak Aerographic Infrared 2424 is essentially 70mm HIE.)
