If you want one of the low-price Polaroid Sprintscan 4000s, move fast. The last shipment of them went to ecost and B&H last week and production has stopped. The SS4000+ will be out in February at a higher price. While it is a fine unit (I have one on loan), it isn't enough better to miss out on the deals. Go for it. It is an amazing scanner.
