I agree AndrewF. That is a serious commitment to photography. the
cypress swamp would not worry me though, it is the idea of all the
insects after a bit of your blood. Add to that the humidity ...
although the shots I looked at were probably too clear to have been
taken in the humid season.
Now I *don't* agree with your spelling of ageing; remember your roots
sir! You're British by origin, not from the USA ...
