[OM] Zuiko 28mm 3.5 focus past infinity

So what causes a lens to focus "past infinity"?  My 28mm is suddenly 
doing this.  I haven't dropped it, it's always in it's case.  I've 
searched the archives but couldn't seem to find an answer.  It's a cheap 
enough lens that I could get another cheaper than having it fixed.
