Many questions...
You have to realize that the kiev 60 has a much longer register distance
than Olympus OM, so the only way to focus a 24 shift at infinity with the
kiev is to mount the lens *inside* the camera body.
The best and cheapest solution is to utilize only the film back from a Kiev
80/88, and make the rest of the mechanics from scratch, there isn't much
required besides a shutter from a large format lens.
