There is a company called Outdoor Research (listed as OR on the products)
that makes waterproof bags, not camera bags but a bag that can be a
protective covering. My friend has a small Olympus digital camera that he
wanted to use for hiking and traveling etc... He uses a small bag (6x6x9)
and keeps his camera, a small tripod and anything else he wants to keep dry,
in it. He got the bag and the tripod at www.Campmor.com. If you are located
in the northern NJ area the store is on Rt. 17 in Paramus. Just an idea...
