I bought a digicam(not Oly) as a toy and primarily internet use with
only a 1.3 mp CCD. It allows, like others, to take a view of what you
have taken to see whether you want to try again. While it is ok for
framing one cannot tell whether the exposure is correct or not. I
had been playing with a close up shot of a table top arrangement and
it kept coming out too light even when I adjusted the flash output.
It was not until I downloaded another set of pictures that I found
that LCD pumps up the apparent exposure no matter how correctly
exposed the picture is that goes to the computer. Is this typical?
Winsor, who really hates the menus.
