The T20 is pretty small. For the OM-10 OTF doesn't matter, but how about
for your next body... Many flashes (Vivitar, Sunpak, ...) have TTL OTF for
Olympus & are more bounceable than the t-32 which can only tilt, not
swivel. I most commonly open the aperture to 2.8 or 4 & bounce from a
nearby white wall. This spreads the light out, resulting in more natural,
yet sharp pix. Bouncing from the ceiling causes eye shadows.
The T20 & T32 bulbs are also closer to the lens axis & are more prone to
red-eye, especially at 4m+

Kiron is old, good, & cheap. Vivitar Series 1. Tamron. Tokina. - All
