Someone mentioned a PC-SUPER-ANGULON shift lens. I found one

The seller doesn't seem to have readily available info in english, but seems
much better dealing with english than I am with my 30 year ago and unused
german.
I would really appreciate suggestions how to get money to Germany ...
my bank is useless. (The money isn't for the shift lens)
