Hi Bill,
I had a chat with my local photo-pusher some time ago. He showed me the recent
Oly catalogue. I think the price for a new 85/2 was something like 9.000 DKK,
less than a thousand US Dollars.
And there were also prices for bigger lenses (the real big ones), none of them
with less than 6 decimals (divide by 10 for USD).
Not really my range and definitely not part of next year's wishlist.
