Oh yes it can! There's more to cloning than rearrangement. I'm sure I can
work out how to improve bokeh with PS :) (Wet Sunday afternoon - I've been
scanning and 'improving'). My first attempt at a minor perspective
correction on a B&W image looked pretty good to me although it was only a
couple of degrees.
I'd love to have done the shot with a shifter but, I'm a few hundred
dollars short. I suspect that I always will be, given my wish list. (A3
printer, Continuous Ink System, more RAM, 90/2, etc.)
