As an addition I would like to say I own a 24 shift and find it pretty easy to use handheld. It takes a few seconds to get everything all together so it is definitely not a snapshot lens (but then if again the building isn't going anywhere :-) It takes wonderful shots of architecture and is a must have in my bag even though it is pretty big and heavy for a Zuiko. I have also used the Canon 24 shift and I must say I really didn't like it at all, not user friendly and forget about handholding it.
