If he is using the bellows he won't need to reverse the lens. Use a 50mm or 100mm on the bellows; it will work fine. There is a difference between a flat field bellows lens and a normal lens, but the difference is not so great that good pictures can't be taken with a bellows and a normal lens.

Hey all
My dad wants to get an Olympus bellows for his OM1n. He currently has a bunch of lenses but no macro lenses, which he wants to save for (wants the high-mag now!!!!). What performance will he get with a reversed 24mm or 28mm Zuiko? Any problems working this way (i.e. vignetting of the aperture blades?). I do not have a bellows so I cannot help. Any one do this type of stuff?
