Well, yes! Titanium is more much more noble (exceeded only by graphite,
gold, and platinum). The aluminum (which is nearly at the bottom of the
galvanic series: the active, anodic, or least noble end) will be corroded
away, leaving pristine Ti rivets flying alone.
