[OM] TOPE 8: shooting deadline coming up

Good, now that we know what the next 8 TOPE events will be, please don't
lose the current one out of sight!

There's still (roughly) one week in the shooting period of TOPE 8, so if you
haven't shot anything yet, you can still do so.
