Are you using a Mac Jez?
If so, you might find the implementation a little limited, although
it is very good at compensating for variations in (mainly Kodak) neg
film. The scan is output automatically according to your preferences
under "Files" However, if you have a Mac, the output filename and
folder is a little temperamental. Be careful to leave the output
name at "crop..." otherwise it will not output a file. Don't bother
nominating a folder as it will merely start a new folder with that
name... empty!
Other than that, it works well...

Hi,
I just started trying Vuescan and I'm still in trial mode. I
followed the easy start steps and got a Preview, it autocropped, I
Scanned - so far so good - but now the dumb question - when do the
output image(s) get saved? There's no 'Export' or 'Save'
button to click and it seems to just create the files when it feels
like it, and I'd like to work on the image a bit before saving
(=burning them on CD.) - even tho' most OM/Zuiko images don't need
it - ObOly
Thanks
