The 10 and G are supposed to have different mirror bumpers than the 1 etc.

Subject: [OM] mirror foam
| Folks,
|
| I didn't realize until it started crumbling that there was a difference
| in the mirror foam between my 2N and 10. My 2N has foam rubber, but my
| OM10 has regular rubber. I last put the OM10 in for service 10-12
| years ago with and thought this was replaced then - perhaps with
| less than ideal material ? Perhaps I should avoid this shop - or is
| that what was originally used in the OM10 ?
|
| For sure the mirror operation on the 10 is a lot clunkier than on the 2N.
|
| Thanks,
|
| Paul
|
| P.S. Thanks, John H, for the earlier advice on the T32.
