While it is an interesting site, you don't pack a PC in bubble wrap. Boxes
that size are on the bottom and have to support weight. Bubble wrap means
the PC itself has to bear the weight.
It can't.
That's why a PC is packed in rigid, form-fitting foam. The foam holds the
weight.
I'm not at all surprised that UPS denied the claim. I would have.
