Yes, it does. It's just a CompactFlash card, just like a regular one, but it
is a CF II, which is a little thicker. Most cameras can't accept it. The
E-10 will, but Olympus doesn't recommend it. Works though, so I don't know
what the perceived problem was. They do, interestingly, officially support
it on the E-20.
If your camera supports CF II, it should work with the Microdrive. Uses more
batteries than Flash cards though. Most Olympus digicams use SmartMedia
though. I think the E-10/E-20 are the only ones that support the CF cards.
The E-10/E-20 also have Smart media slots. You can even copy between the
cards in the camera.
