It's definately a Pen-F lens. Rather uncommon in fact.
Basic facts:
-5 elements in 3 groups
-Min focus 13.5 ft
-7 degree angle of view
-Equivilant 35mm focal length = 360mm
-58mm filter size
- $220 in 1967
It's the only Pen F lenses longer are the 400/6.5 and the 800/8 mirror.
