A chain of gas stations known as "Stinker" used signs like this for their
advertising a few years back. This particular sign is the only one left as
far as I know. The Stinker name was removed, I suppose because it was not
"politically correct" but the locals liked the sign and it was saved as a
conversation piece. The word "native" is not directed at any particular
ethnic group but the most laughed at group around here are the Mormon
Rednecks who do some peculiar things. /jnm

What's the story about "Do not laugh at the natives" photograph? Is the
message itself supposed to be humorous [erected by the natives
themselves no doubt] or is it an indication of the less than first world
conditions some of these people endure?
