I've been building a small collection of Zuiko lenses over the past
year. They are all in wonderful condition and I love them dearly! What
is the conventional wisdom of using protective filters? By that I mean
filters that protect that Zuiko glass, like Skylight filters.
Does it detract from the optical quality of the lens to use moderately
priced Skylight filters made by Hoya, as an example? Hoya makes a
moderately priced MC Skylight filter that I am considering. Is this
wise?
