We had a clear sky and had some very nice red displays almost to the
zenith. Not really defined, but more spread out like a reflection from
street lights off clouds, only moving and changing in intensity. Not bad
for N. Carolina! I woke my son at about 12:00 to see the rare sight. He
wasn't very impressed. :-)

We had some onshore flow last night, and had a lovely covering of foggy haze
all evening. I really do love living here....
