Seems like pretty shabby competitive marketing to me.
That's like shouting:
"Volvo's out of business!" and then in very fine print saying "because Ford
bought them".

Wouldn't think so. Alas, a lot of swedish workers got out of business
when Ford bought Volvo, though. Guess that's what they call the "free
market": you're free from a job to go to ;-)
