Yes it is, for super FP that is. Only way to do it is through the
built-in shoe on top of the camera, and consequently you will need
that cord.

This will work with 'normal' TTL-flash - just like with the flash
sitting on top of a non-Ti OM-4 - and also with manual flash, but not
with super FP (contacts missing).
The grip won't give power to the flash tho.

Yes, it is, for all T-flashes (and the F-280)
