I have two different cameras that can do this sort of stereo image. One's a
Nishika, the other I think is a Nimslo (but it's packed away at the moment
and I don't remember for sure). I bought both for their "oddity value".

If I recall correctly, you can pictures from either one processed as the
plastic coated single-image 3D prints or in such a way that they're useable
as stereopticon photos.

The 3D single-image prints now use a lenticular film rather than the
old-style thick plastic "grating". There's only one place in the US doing
them as far as I can tell. That place was known as i3Dx but is now owned
(although still using the i3Dx trademark) by Orasee corporation. $4 for the
C-41 processing, then $2.50/print, $4 shipping. According to their site: $53
for a processed thirty-six exposure roll (18 prints).

 I know someone who's got a two-lens camera for taking 'stereo' photos;
instead of producing two images and having a viewer (or going appropriately
cross-eyed to see them) you send the negatives off to a specialist processor
who then turns them into those zigzag-surfaced "3-d" images that they used
to use on postcards/rulers/other kids things.
