Don't give that SS4000+ back yet partner! I'd hold onto that doggie until
the smoke clears. :-))
I'll bet that the rebates will be paid. Even technically we're unsecured
creditors, I'd bet the dollar volume isn't much for the rebates, and it'd be
a real bad PR move to stiff what customers you have left. .... But I could
be wrong.
The WSJ today had an article discussing the fact that unfortunately Polaroid
probably won't be able to sell itself in whole or pieces unless put through
a Chapter 11 filing. They simply have too much debt to make any asset sales
work. They've been selling real estate to pay their bills recently. This
is NOT a good thing.

I only sent mine in about a week ago. I am also concerned, as if they file
for bankruptcy, we are all unsecured creditors (I think). In other words,
unless they are sold so someone that honors them, we're out of luck.
I am fortunate that, at the moment, I have a scanner of theirs 'held
hostage' <g>.
