It may be able to be adapted, but I doubt it would be worth it. Cine
lenses don't have an automatic diaphragm so you would always be using it as
a manual stop down lens. Movie film is also of lower resolution than 35mm
film so I would suspect that cine lenses aren't up to the quality of 35mm
camera lenses.
