The phone company is busy tearing up the streets in town upgrading to
fibre optics and advertising fast internet service. Unfortunately that
only works out to 2-3 miles. The best I can hope for is that the new
equipment will allow me to max out my modem connection that now runs at
about half speed on a good day. Otherwise the only choice is a satellite
system that runs about 100/mo plus a few hundred $$$ for the equipment.
And then I could be buying the equivalent of an 8 track tape :>( .

Well I can answer email but another window simply slows both as you can
only shove so much thru the pipe so to speak.
Mike
And I don't think I'll move...yet :>)
