[OM] IS-3 DLX default ISO

Question :

If I load a plastic cartridge into an IS-3 DLX camera
what is the default speed setting?

Has anyone used Kodak IR or Tech Pan in an IS-3 DLX or
IS series camera ?  I thought I saw something about ISO 100
but now I can't find the information.
