Almost everyone puts the spring in upside down, thinking the tab pushes on
the lever. Easy mistake.

| Stuff me, that's _exactly_ right. That's a big improvement.. I had the
| little rectangular tab bit on the top, on the theoretical grounds that
that
| bit wants to be directly under the lever, but now I've flipped it so that
| that's on the bottom it feels enormously smoother. (and it all screws
| together a lot more easily as well)
