I missed which body this is for. I recently replaced my entire rewind crank
(for a 4T) courtesy John H. for a very reasonable sum (just a bit beyond $10
as I recall). It's the way to go IMHO.

Two possible solutions: bend the pin (paper clip section) a little, or
alternatively, flatten/distort it a little so it's wider (smash it with a
ball peen hammer -- hey, it's a piece of paperclip -- if you mess it up,

another!). Don't alter any Oly parts from the camera itself. No need.
