Those "facts" were posted straight from a national newscast! That shows
how quickly misinformation travels in terrible tragedies like this one.
Even one hour ago, NPR mentioned that there was speculation that a
commercial airliner had crashed into Camp David, but no one could
confirm it and they were dismissing it.
I have some good news among all this tragedy. About an hour ago, I
finally reached the wife of my friend and former business partner. He
was on the 64th floor of the WTC to take a broker's exam. They were on
a break and he had gone down to the cafeteria to get some coffee when
the first plane struck the building. The cafeteria crew started to run
and Paul followed them and somehow through the smoke and dust managed to
make it out of the building. At that point the 2nd plane struck and the
buildings began to collapse. He ran - not even realizing where to go -
but managed to get far enough from the building to be safe. He said he
turned around and could see the glass windows of the building literally
explode and shatter as the building came down. A fireball raced up the
street but he was far enough away to avoid the debris. Somehow he made
it out without a scratch.
I'm hoping there are a lot more miracles like this one.

This (i.e. "plane crashed into Camp David") did not happen. This as well
as much of the rest of that post is factually, inaccurate! Moreover, a
big plane (a Boeing 757) did crash into the Pentagon, not a helicopter.
Let's get the facts right; things are bad enough without this kind of
mis-information flying about. God bless America!!! RA
