12" embroidery hoops ($2@WalMart) with a scrap of white silk sandwiched in it... work as both as reflectors and diffusers (but, not at the same time). That and my 'picnic cooler' camera bags, including a new 'messenger' style lunchbag ($7 @ Safeway) that shows promise for a super light kit.
