David, since I'd responsible for the OM-1, I'm probably not impartial <g>
You've got a nice collection there and some of my favorires. If I was
building a 'always in the car kit', I'd go with
OM-4Ti
21/3.5 (one of my favorites)
35-70/3.5-4.5 (another of my favorites)
90/2.5 (I couldn't be without a macro lens and the 50/3.5 duplicates a focal
length)
That's it. Unless you drive in tunnels, the 50/1.8 isn't necessary.
Another approach, since you're probably driving the same route every day is
to do 'groupings' of equipment so that you have four things at a time. Then
rebuild the kit once a week and look at the world through a different eye
with different kits. Here's how I'd group:
OM-3, OM-1, OM-4Ti
21/3.5, 35/2, 50/1.8
35-70/3.5-4.5, 35-70/3.6, 50/3.5, 90/2.5
135/3.5, 100-200/5, 65-200/4, 85-250/5, 300/4.5
Or take the minimalist approach and go with one body and one lens, changing
every day.
I find it amazing how I view the world differntly with a different lens.
I've started going out with just one or two lenses.
Have fun!
Tom
