You can also make your own cord with parts readily available at Radio Shack 
or some other vendor that sells electronic supplies.  That way you can make 
the cord as long as you want.  Mine still is working with off the BG2 flash 
where I move the battery compartment and flash away from the camera.  I 
still can fire the camera with the button on the BG2.
