I'm leaving next sunday for a 4 weeks trip to India. My previous
experiences taught me that travelling with a *light* equipment can be
essential... But, being as zuikoholic as most on this list (well, not
yet on the scale(s) of... well, you know ;-)), I have a difficult
time trying to select from the following:
OM-4Ti
OM-40
24/2.8
35/2
35-70/3.5-4.5
50/1.8
100/2.8
75-150/4
180/2.8
Komura 2x converter
Domke F-2
Domke F-3X
Currently, I favor this set up (I intend to shoot both people and landscapes):
Domke F-3X
OM-4Ti
24/2.8
35-70/3.5-4.5
100/2.8
180/2.8
Komura 2x converter
Close seconds are:
50/1.8 for low light situations (but I can use Provia 100 at 400)
75-150/4 (but my heart bleeds not bringing the 180/2.8, although my
shoulders rejoice...)
OM-40
Of course, if I take the Domke F-2, I can take (almost) everything,
but I think this would be too heavy when walking all day long.
Any advice?
Bernard
