[OM] [OT] Minty?

Here is a snippit of a description on an eBay auction.  It reads:
EX+ cosmetics-I would almost say minty.

Anyone know what that is supposed to mean?  General usage is that Very
Good is KEH=BGN, Excellent is KEH=Ex, Minty is KEH=Ex+ and Mint is
KEH=LN-.
